  • What is the accuracy of SLA 3D printing?

    We use Formlabs SLA printers with a layer resolution of 25 microns and overall dimensional accuracy of ±0.5% (minimum ±0.1mm). This is the highest accuracy available from any resin 3D printing technology and is suitable for micro-scale parts, precision housings and jewellery prototypes.

  • Maximum build volume is 145 × 145 × 185 mm. For larger parts, the model can be split and bonded — with minimal visible seam lines in the final part. Contact us to discuss large-format SLA requirements.

  • Standard resins: Clear, Black, White and Tough. Speciality resins on request: Flexible, High-temperature and Castable (for jewellery). Resin selection is advised based on the application — functional parts use Tough; optical or display parts use Clear; presentation models use White or Black.

  • All SLA orders include professional wash-and-cure using the Formlabs Form Wash and Form Cure stations. Additional post-processing: support removal, sanding (up to 400 grit for smooth finish), painting and brass heat-set insert installation. Parts are delivered ready for assembly or end use.
