Information you give us
When you contact us by the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, email, phone number, company and the files and requirements for your project. We use this only to respond, prepare quotes, deliver orders and keep the records we are required to keep for invoicing and tax.
Design files and confidentiality
CAD files, drawings and samples you send are used only for your project. We do not share them with third parties except manufacturing partners working on your order, and we sign non-disclosure agreements on request.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are visited and which contact buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Embedded content
Some pages include content from Google Maps and YouTube. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to fulfil your order (for example with courier or manufacturing partners) or where required by law.
