CNC Bending and Forming

What sheet metal materials can you work with in Hyderabad?
We work with mild steel (MS) up to 10mm, stainless steel SS 304 and SS 316 up to 8mm, and aluminium (5052, 5754, 6061) up to 6mm for laser cutting. For bending and welding, we work with standard gauges — typically 0.5mm to 6mm depending on the material and press brake capacity. We also cut acrylic, MDF and polycarbonate up to 20mm.

Do you provide complete fabricated assemblies or only cutting?
We provide complete fabrication assemblies — from raw sheet metal to finished, powder-coated, assembled enclosures or structures. Our integrated line covers laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, MIG and TIG welding, deburring, and powder coating. You can place a single purchase order and receive a finished assembly. We also do cutting only if that is all you need.

What file formats do you accept for sheet metal fabrication?
We prefer DXF or DWG for cutting and STEP or STP for bent assemblies. We also accept PDF drawings, IGES, SLDPRT and hand sketches with dimensions. If you only have a PDF or sketch, our CAD team can prepare the DXF and verify bend allowances before production — ask us about this service. Always specify material, thickness, quantity and required finish when sending files.

What surface finishes do you offer after fabrication?
All fabricated parts are deburred as standard. We offer powder coating in standard RAL colours (gloss, satin, textured), brushed finish for stainless steel panels, and anodising for aluminium parts through our partner network. For bare metal supply, parts are cleaned and protected before dispatch.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept NEFT / RTGS bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. For government and defence clients, purchase order (PO) based invoicing with net-30 payment terms is available. For first-time clients, 50% advance is standard. GST invoices are provided for all orders. GeM portal payments are also accepted.
