CNC Milling Services in Hyderabad
CNC milling is a computer-controlled material removal process that produces high-accuracy parts from metals, engineering plastics and composites. At iMake, we use a vertical CNC milling machine with a build volume of 300×400×150mm at our Hardware Park Phase 2 facility in Hyderabad. We serve defence, aerospace, automotive, medical device and industrial clients — with DRDO registration and GeM listing for direct government procurement.
Our CNC Milling Capabilities
We offer 3-axis CNC milling for prototypes, one-off parts and production batches. Materials include aluminium (6061, 7075), mild steel, stainless steel (304, 316), brass, Delrin (POM), Nylon, ABS, PEEK and Polycarbonate. Our senior CAD engineers review every file for DFM before cutting — ensuring tolerances, thread specifications and surface finish requirements are achievable and costed correctly.
Why CNC Milling for Your Business
- High precision: CNC milling achieves dimensional accuracy to ±0.05mm — essential for defence, aerospace and medical device components with tight fit requirements.
- Material flexibility: We mill a wide range of metals and engineering plastics in a single facility — eliminating the need for multiple vendors on the same project.
- Fast turnaround: Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. Rush orders in 24–48 hours for simple parts — WhatsApp +91-99494269431 to check availability.
- Scalable production: CNC milling is ideal for 1 piece to 500+ piece production runs with identical quality on every part.

Our CNC milling service is trusted by clients across defence, aerospace, automotive, medical devices and industrial automation. We maintain complete traceability and provide dimensional inspection reports, material certificates and quality documentation as required — including for GeM and DRDO procurement processes.
Finishing options include deburring (standard), anodising (aluminium), powder coating, painting and thread insertion. We can deliver complete, assembly-ready parts as a single purchase order.
WhatsApp us at +91-9494269431 or email info@imake.in with your DXF, STEP or drawing file and we will respond with a quote within the same business day.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What materials can you CNC mill?
We mill aluminium (6061, 7075), mild steel, stainless steel (304, 316), brass, copper in metals, and Delrin (POM), Nylon, ABS, PEEK, Polycarbonate in engineering plastics. Material selection advice is provided based on your application, load, temperature and regulatory requirements.
- What is the maximum part size you can mill?
Maximum build volume on our CNC milling machine is 300 × 400 × 150 mm. For larger parts, we can mill in sections and join mechanically or with structural adhesive. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
- What tolerances can you achieve?
Standard tolerances are ±0.05mm for metals and ±0.1mm for engineering plastics. Tighter tolerances for bore fits (H7/g6 etc.) are achievable on request — please specify in your drawing. Dimensional inspection reports are available for defence and aerospace orders.
- What file formats do you accept?
We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, SLDPRT and PDF drawings. STEP is preferred for 3D parts. For turned/milled parts with a 2D drawing and dimension callouts, PDF is sufficient. Always include material specification, surface finish requirement and quantity.
- What post-processing options are available?
We offer deburring (standard on all parts), anodising (aluminium), powder coating, painting and thread insertion (HeliCoil). Parts can be delivered fully finished and assembly-ready as a single purchase order.
- Are you registered with DRDO and GeM?
Yes. iMake is a DRDO registered vendor and is listed on the GeM portal under CNC machining. Government departments, defence PSUs and DRDO labs can place orders directly through GeM. We provide full quality documentation and material traceability as required by defence procurement standards.
- What are the payment terms?
We accept NEFT/RTGS, UPI and cheque. For government and defence clients, PO-based net-30 invoicing is available. 50% advance for first-time clients. GST invoices issued for all orders. GeM portal payments also accepted.
