Custom Silicone Parts, Rubber Parts and Flexible Components in Hyderabad
If you need custom rubber parts, flexible seals, silicone gaskets or any soft elastic component — you have come to the right place. iMake manufactures custom silicone and rubber parts from liquid silicone rubber at our Hardware Park Phase 2 facility in Hyderabad. Silicone is a synthetic rubber, which means everything from a soft medical seal to a firm industrial gasket can be produced — just at a different Shore hardness. We serve clients who search for "rubber parts manufacturer Hyderabad", "custom flexible parts", "silicone seals and gaskets", and "custom O-rings Hyderabad" — all of these are things we make, typically in 3–7 working days from 1 piece upward.
Our Custom Silicone and Rubber Part Solutions
We produce custom silicone parts and rubber components for prototyping, low-volume production and over-molding onto rigid plastic or metal substrates. Common products include seals, O-rings, gaskets, keypads, button membranes, diaphragms, medical device components, vibration dampers, grommets, tubing connectors and custom flexible enclosures. Our CAD team designs molds from your 3D file, 2D drawing, or an existing physical part — and manages the full process from mold fabrication to quality inspection in-house.
Shore Hardness Options
Silicone hardness is measured on the Shore scale. We offer:
- Shore OO 30–60 — ultra-soft gel compounds for cushioning, skin-contact and wearable applications
- Shore A 20–90 — the most common range, from very soft seals to firm gaskets and keypads
- Shore D 40–75 — hard, rigid silicone for high-load, high-temperature applications
We advise on the correct Shore hardness for your application at no extra cost.
Industries and Applications — Silicone and Rubber Parts
We produce custom silicone and rubber parts for a diverse range of industries:
- Medical devices: Seals, gaskets, diaphragms, tubing connectors and skin-contact components in biocompatible silicone rubber
- Automotive: Vibration dampers, weatherstripping, grommets, flexible hose connectors and fluid-resistant rubber seals
- Electronics: Keypad membranes, button overlays, connector seals and EMI gaskets in soft silicone
- Consumer goods: Kitchen accessories, baby products, wearable components and promotional items
- Industrial: High-temperature rubber seals, chemical-resistant gaskets, custom O-rings and flexible machine components
Not sure whether you need silicone or another rubber compound? Tell us your application, temperature range and chemical exposure — we will recommend the right material and Shore hardness at no charge.
Our team reviews every design for mold-ability before production — identifying potential issues with undercuts, draft angles, wall thickness and parting lines to ensure clean, accurate parts and a reliable mold life. We can produce molds from aluminium (for longer runs) or 3D-printed tooling (for rapid low-cost prototype runs).

Frequently Asked Questions
- Which industries do you serve with silicone molding?
We serve medical devices, automotive, electronics, consumer goods and industrial sectors. In plain terms: if you need a rubber seal, a flexible gasket, a soft keypad membrane, a vibration damper, a silicone O-ring, or any custom flexible component — we can make it. Silicone is a synthetic rubber and most custom rubber parts requirements are best served by silicone due to its temperature range, chemical resistance and biocompatibility.
- What Shore hardness options are available?
We offer Shore OO (30–60) for ultra-soft gel compounds, Shore A (20–90) for the full range from very soft seals to firm gaskets and keypads, and Shore D (40–75) for hard, structural silicone applications.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 1 piece for prototype or sample orders. For production runs there is no formal minimum — we produce from 1 piece to several thousand pieces. Mold fabrication is a one-time cost; unit cost reduces significantly with volume.
- What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept NEFT / RTGS bank transfer, UPI and cheque. For government and defence clients, purchase order (PO) based invoicing is available. GST invoices are issued for all orders.
- What is the typical lead time for silicone molding?
Simple molds from 3D-printed tooling: 3–5 working days. Machined aluminium molds: 5–10 working days. Parts from an existing mold: 1–3 working days. WhatsApp +91-9494269431 for an estimate.
